THE CHALLENGE

As a legal tech solutions company with exponential user growth, finding a digital solution to automate claims processes was vital for carvocat. So far, each claim had to be manually processed by a case worker and the damages and fees individually calculated. Contacting each relevant party, such as insurance and banks, as well as creating the necessary documents for each claim was very time intensive. With an increasing customer base, this would cause process times and costs to rise astronomically. As they were struggling to find a working solution, insinno was called in.

THE SOLUTION

To reduce process times, minimize costs and avoid input errors, insinno’s iCore modular software system was used to create an application that streamlines the entire submission process. It allows each claim to be taken in a simple form that was created specifically with the employees in mind. It reduces error-proneness and automatically creates the necessary documents in communications with relevant parties, such as clients and insurance. Additionally, all costs are calculated and sorted to each claimant automatically. This has tripled the amount of processed claims compared to the prior method, cutting costs immensely and speeding up the process for clients.
